Government agency contracting officers can review the VitaTech Engineering labor rates on the GSA Advantage website and

Ordering Procedures for Services Requiring a Statement of Work (SOW)

1. Determine the type of task Request suited for the project objective (i.e. firm fixed-price, time and materials, labor hours, and level-of-effort);

2. Prepare a Request For Quote (RFQ)including:

• statement of work

• type of special item no.order

• Transmit the RFQ to a GSA Schedule Contractor

3. Send Request For Quote (RFQ) to VitaTech via fax (540) 286-1865 and contact @ (540) 286-1984.

4. Evaluate Quote and place order with GSA Form 300 (see ordering address at side column)
